[PLUG] OT: looking for PL/SQL implementation of NYSIIS and/or Double Metahpone

Anyone know of any? SOUNDEX is built into Oracle, but we'd also like to
do Double Metaphone and NYSIIS phonetic encoding. SOUNDEX is too broad
for what we're trying to do.
