I tried DIce, Monster, philly.com, etc when I was looking.  The only people 
that actually called me were the people who I sent resumes to in the mail 
(snail mail that is).  About past job experiences.  I went from being a 
truck driver almost all of my working life to a deskto support tech, and now 
4 years after leaving truck driving I am in a CTO position.  I have no 
college education, just worked hard to get where I am today.
