Re: [PLUG] OT: Help with finding employment please?

I tried DIce, Monster, philly.com, etc when I was looking. The only people that actually called me were the people who I sent resumes to in the mail (snail mail that is). About past job experiences. I went from being a truck driver almost all of my working life to a deskto support tech, and now 4 years after leaving truck driving I am in a CTO position. I have no college education, just worked hard to get where I am today.

I think (hope) it was meant figuratively. Most companies I've worked
at it would be viewed quite negatively if someone physically showed up
to present a resume.

I'd recommend putting a resume into the electronic mill (dice,
monster, etc.). There's an active secondary market in resumes, so once
a resume is in, it moves around quite a bit.
