Ian, I have a Verizon ADSL line (about 3 months now). I couldn't get the PPPoE client to connect properly. I think I had the DHCP setup wrong. Last week I bought an SMC 7400ABR Firewall/Router. It has a printer port and 4 port 10/100 hub built in. Works great. Only real problem I've had is the mail download lately has been slow. The SMC box was $100 at CompUSA.
