[PLUG] KDE sound

RH 6.2 & the KDE that came with it.

Whenever I log off KDE & log on again, the KDE sound app returns to its 
(very quiet) defaults. There seems to be no menu command for saving a 
configuration, and the html help system offers no help.

I have located the configuration file, but can't find any help on how I 
should edit it.

Can anyone offer any?
