Chris, you still looking for numbers? This looks mostly like
license/software costs, rather than overall productivity gains kind of
numbers. Altho they do mention the decreased number/configuration of
servers/desktops as a savings.

We have put together a pricing comparison between Linux/Open Source
technologies and Windows/Microsoft's technologies for sample organisations
of size 50, 100 and 250 staff. We are targeting non-IT
organisational/financial management within companies. We consider this a
draft  document and seek your readers' comments and feedback. We feel that
with the current  belt-tighening within the IT industry, if we can convince
management to spend more money on IT staff payroll (even hiring more staff)
rather than pay for ever-spiralling Microsoft licences, we all win. Note,
