VMware is better at supporting multiple OSes, and it doesn't sound like he
needs that. Win4Lin will do the same (allow Office 9x/2K in a Win9x window)
cheaper ($90 w/CD; $80 for download version). http://www.win4lin.com
Presuming that you legally own Win9x and Office, that is.
