Is the plug channel still up? I went to many of the openprojects.net
servers  (irc.openprojects.net, us.openprojects.net, etc) and "/join
#plug" gives me an empty channel, with just me in it.

There always used to be SOMEBODY there . :-). Or am I doing something
wrong?
