RE: [PLUG] spontaneous reboots?

Thanks for all the replies and suggestions, everyone. I'm not sure if
it's a memory problem; other than the spontaneous reboot/power failure, I
don't get any weird beeps or anything hanging on post. Now that I recall,
this happened to me twice over the summer, at a different location, but I
just shrugged it off.

Two things, though, that people might be able to help me out with:

1) How do I test the power supply? Leroy suggested checking the output
voltage, but what kind of equipment do I need to do that?

2) Checking for overheating.. My case doesn't seem to get very hot, though
I'd like to check the CPU temperature anyway.. is lm_sensors the way to
go? what kind of temperature range should I expect for a duron 800?

Oooh.. another thing that I've always wondered about... could running
something like win4lin that needs a win4lin-patched kernel to work, cause
funky system instability like this?

Thanks,
Kevin
