ifconfig eth0 inet <new IP addr> netmask <foo> broadcast <new>.255
route flush
route add default gw <new gateway>
hostname <new name>

Adding your hostname to /etc/hosts and changing whatever whackiness
your Linux distro does in /etc for default networking stuff would be
a good idea.
