The latter, if it's anything like Speakeasy. (I'm sure there are
line fees, but responsible ISPs include those in their cost.)

Oh, and since DCA.net seems to be listening, I'd be your subscriber
if I didn't want to be able to maintain my service when I move to
NYC/the west coast/so forth. Nothing personal, I swear. :^>
