RE: [PLUG] Comcast Crackdown

Title: RE: [PLUG] Comcast Crackdown

I am using comcast, I was supposed to be switched to DHCP
last week. I am not happy about the crackdown. I just checked
out the DCA.net web site it says the (768kbps / 128kbps  $49.95)
is available in my neighborhood.

Does verizon charge any ongoing line fees, or is it just one-time
setup charges for verizon and $49.95/month to DCA.net?
