Hello Naresh,

I am also a student at psu, and if the AIX box you are talking about
is the one I think you are talking about, it has pgp installed on it.
While pgp is not gpg, you could convert your gpg key to pgp and use
that. pgp should be located at /usr/local/bin/pgp
