Also, not being much of an electrician, how do I make sure the grounds are properly connected to each other? Just make sure that you use two three-prong plug power cords (one for the PC, one for the enclosure), that they go to the same power strip, and that this one goes to a well grounded power outlet (this last one not absolutely necessary - By connecting the two three-prong power cords to the same power strip, the grounds of both devices will be connected...).
