[PLUG] Linux Bootable CD

For those interested the following reference works. I did it tonight.

http://www.linuxdoc.org/HOWTO/Bootdisk-HOWTO/cd-roms.html

First make a boot floppy that works - lilo must contain the ramdisk option

ramdisk=4096

then follow the directions at this site to make an iso file.

My writer is on win2k so I ftp'ed it over and just clicked on the file.iso
icon. It brings up CD creator (I have version 5) and creates the CD.

Miracle. It works.

Doug
