Is the text also misaligned? That is, are you losing the right side
because the left margin is too large?

If so, go learn about how to teach printcap (or KWord?) about either
KWord or your printer's PostScript quirks. (Printing from KWord to
a PostScript file could make this easier to diagnose... does gv
show the same cutting off?)

Note that a printer's actually printable area is distinct from the
size of the paper that you put into it.
