There are several browser vulnerabilities that allow access to your hard drive and all the info on it. the latest IE security roll up is here. http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/critical/Q319182/default.asp Also, since you have SSH open, go to the security page of your distribution and make sure you have the latest openSSH since anything older than about 7 or 8 months is open to root compromise. Fire walls are good but they are not the end all be all.
