[PLUG] Moveing large files

Greetings
I have a 7gig file that I need to move across the network. NOTHING will
allow me to to move it. scp and ftp say they cannot recognise the file. and
NFS only can do 2gig files afaik.
Can anyone give me a hint as how to move this bugger?
