No, it won't.  Neither will XFree86 4.2.0, Apache 2.0, GCC 3.1, and
several others.  Keep in mind that a freeze is in progress.

I think I recall seeing an unofficial apt source for preliminary KDE3
debs mentioned, but I can't remember where.  Search debian-kde and
debian-devel.
