I can think of one exception where Len took just over a month (I think he was out of town or something), and I'm not certain there was another keysigning before he signed keys. And there's also a few cases where people in the keyring signed the keys of other people in the keyring before they got to one of our keysignings. It could probably be automated pretty well, with something like error checking to make sure that new signatures match appropriately. But..
