Certainly it's a big deal. You've been complaining about Verizon's
practices here for a long time. You've complained about them officially.
You made a website, for anyone on the Internet to read, and announced it
to hundreds of members here.

I think it's obvious that you find the issue to be a big deal. And since
this page is your way of publicizing that issue, then the page is a big
deal (perhaps not as big, but still important).

You mean the content is there, but does not look the way you wish,
right? Converting to PDF (or other format) won't change the facts or
timelines that you write about, as Gabe and others have pointed out.
What you're talking about above is the presentation of the content, not
the content itself.

I will grant that the presentation of the work can have an affect on the
retention on the part of the reader.
