Re: [PLUG] Contract web app with PHP & MySQL: anyone?

I had used a system like that for a telecourse that I took a while back, so there is some demand for that functionality. I have a simple PHP4 test script for signal flags which has helped me learn to recognize signal flags (80-90% so far). It's more of a game and a learning tool than a test. A youth sailing school is currently using it, even though it still needs refinement. http://rdcc.dpagin.net/random.php

I was thinking of building a on-line exam / grading system similar
to one I saw built and sold commercially by PentaSafe Security S/W
using JSP Java Server Pages. But I was thinking of using MySQL as the
data base so it could easily shared around. I think there might be a bit of interest in my project for use by community groups (Boy Scouts, schools, trivia, etc.)

Do you think there would be demand for something like this?
