[PLUG] btmgr was bootloader to boot from cdrom

http://btmgr.sourceforge.net rules.
This is the best thing since sliced bread as it makes up for a lot of
brain damages in compaqs bios. I can boot from cdrom now so I don't have
to rip apart two comps just b/c I messed up. Also, it can boot lots of
oses.
