I've had Verizon DSL for over a year now.  They never changed my IP, never
dropped a connection, and the slack box that I use as a router/firewall is
always running and I'm always dialed in. Plus it came in a week sooner than
the date they told me.
$39.95 a month, no set up fee, plus they gave me a free web cam and my
company pays for it. I'm very happy with it.
