Be careful with PHP stuff.  It's probably best to be using the exact
same version as the program's developers, but at least make sure that
you're on the same minor revision.  Even a small change (eg, vX.Y->vX.Z,
where Z-Y=1) can make a significant difference.  Bleh, PHP wouldn't be
so bad if its API didn't change in the middle of a major version.
