Basically, a cell phone modem for a computer without the cell phone.  See

Here is what it looks like verizon has, in terms of connectivity from pc ->
mobile phone

but, not for your phone.

Ah, here it is

and go down to the "Sierra Wireless Aircard 555" and it says --

-- along with other stuff.  But, the cost is about $300.  You might want to
give verizon a call on monday and see what they'd be willing to work out.
this might be a solution.
