[PLUG] Cash opportunity for converting a DDS tape to CDs

Hey all. I received a request from a friend. My friend has been asked to
see if he can read some data off of a 4mm DDS2 tape, created on an "HP
Unix" system (sorry - no more specific details than that), and put this
information onto CDs. Total size of tape is approx 1.6G.

Tape is coming from an HP box that was running Progress software, if
that helps any. Anyway, my friend says they would be willing to reimburse
you for your time.

My understanding is that there are data files on this tape, as well as
some binary program. What he wants is the info read off the tape, and put
onto CDs, so he can use the data in some Windows application.

If interested, either email johnf@thespinecenter.com, or call his cell at
848-333-9633. He is located in Center City Phila. Tell'im Michael sent
you. :-)
