Would these be ezmlm lists, or the qmail equivelent of a multiuser alias?

Either way, what do the logs say?

Are permissions right on "/var/qmail/queue/lock/trigger"?
They should be
prw--w--w- 1 qmails qmail 0 Jul 1 20:58 trigger

If not, do a "make setup" from the qmail source.

If not... back to the logs. Something must be complaining about something
during the hour after the mail gets injected into qmail.
