Comcast (Willow Grove, at least) carries Tech TV.
Actually I find it rather entertaining in spots.  They do linux every now 
and then, as well as security, music, games, and that `other' OS.

Tangenitally related, Chris Pirillo (Call for Help) has a great site called 
Lockergnome.com
One of the newsletters you can sign up for is Lockergnome Penguin Shell, 
which is exclusively linux.  They have been known to go beyond wallpaper, 
recently doing a comparison/review of many major distros.   I can't 
guarantee you'll learn anything new, but I find it useful.
