Hi-

Just wanted to confirm that we will be able to meet with your group on
the 3rd of November. So go ahead and start planning! Let me know how I
can help and please keep me in the loop as far as plans go...

Some information that would be helpful:

Your contact and phone information, particularly a number where you can
be reached should our guys need to call someone if they get lost, etc.

Event location and address

Directions from 422 (going South into the city)

Time of event

Approximate attendance - (so we know how much freebie stuff we should
bring)

Any planned activities you'd like our guys to be ready for and/or any
activities we can publicize on our website and communicate to press

Let me know how we can help!

Thanks,
Kathleen
