A battery is not always *that* easy to replace. I replaced a battery which was hidden inside a plastic cover on an IC. I had to pull the IC from its socket and use a soldering iron to remove the battery. To make a long story short, I spent about $3.50 for a new battery and a holder which are now mounted on top of the IC cover. (That would be about $100 dollars worth of labor for a system that maxes out at 200MHz.) Are you losing time on your system clock by any chance? _________________________________________________________________________ Philadelphia Linux Users Group -- http://www.phillylinux.org Announcements - http://lists.netisland.net/mailman/listinfo/plug-announce General Discussion -- http://lists.netisland.net/mailman/listinfo/plug
