Actually,

I am not completely retarded, just:
a.) I was in a hurry.
b.) I usually use Mozilla mail (on windows) or Evolution (in Unix), and my
gnome seems to have died this week from some updates to debian, so I am
using pine a lot more than usual.

I think I will go change that setting though.
