Setup the connected computer with 2 NICS, run Linux on it and use it for the firewall/NAT box (to allow multiple IP's on your internal network), connecting it to a HUB or router. Then everything else plugs into the simple HUB/router and connects to the internet through your connected box (with the two NICs.)
