[PLUG] Knoppix/Debian apt-get

How does one get evolution (1.2)?
When I `apt-get install evolution', I wind up with 1.0.5, which is lacking.
I found the switch to fetch a newer version but it doesn't get the libs it needs. Similarly, it fails when I try to install the .deb Evolution package. I don't want to mess with Red Carpet.

I guess this is due to the Debian version and stability, but hell, who needs stability?

Thanks, Jeff
