I apologize if you have had a bad experience, David, you'd be correct if it were one bad experience. I was jerked around mercilessly by quite a few. They'd promise the universe and never return a phone call. The nonsense was tiresome and I learned my lesson the hard way. My experience was *not* unique. but this misconception is much like the end user that gives tech support people attitude because they couldn't help them or because one of them was rude to them once. If it happened once, I'd have to agree that it's a misconception. My experience suggests otherwise. I apologize if I've offended you. I'm sure you're as devoted as you say and it's a shame I never got you on the other end of the phone. -Jeff
