[PLUG] Copy Window harddrive using a Linux boot floppy?

Does anyone know of a good "how-to" or any ideas about how to copy an
entire (FAT32) hard drive using a Linux Boot Floppy (or even a DOS boot
floppy would work). I was thinking of dd, but the drives are of different
size so I don't know if that would work. Also, the drive has two
partitions that need to be copied (if that matters).
