[PLUG] Drag and Browse

I just discovered something neat by accident.  If I have Mozilla 1.2.1 
open and drag an icon onto it, it will display some stuff.  Like this 
Mozilla icon:

[Desktop Entry]
Name=???
Name[en_US.ISO8859-1]=???
Exec=/usr/local/mozilla-1.2.1/mozilla
Icon=/usr/share/pixmaps/mozilla-icon.png
Terminal=false
MultipleArgs=false
Type=Application

And sometimes it will give me an error message with a mix of Chinese and 
English.
