Could you do this:

install minimal install of each distro

afterwords, use mkisofs to copy the distro to a cd or alternatively
another hard drive

use dd to put all the installs on one hard drive.

Fred Ollinger, who hates pretty do-it-all-for-you (including hose other
installs) installers.
