My brother is looking for residential DSL service in Royersford. He wants to

have any suggestions? I've looked at DCAnet, Speakeasy and Verizon, they
don't seem to have addon dial-in packages.

You can get dial-up access from DCAnet with any of their packages. However, they are primarily aimed at remote business access -- ie, tain't cheap.
