[PLUG] No Carrier

I'm using CNet V.90 56K External modem
for INternet dial up access using Red Hat 7.3
2.4.18-3 .

When use wvdial to dial phone# get no carrier.
My line is OK as I use it daily plus occasionally
use for dail up access using motorola modem on Win98.

Have attached some diagnostic info to do the talking.
Any clues to what I may be doing wrong will be
much appreciated.
