I'm a long time DCAnet DSL customer (1507/376 kbps according to DSL Reports). www.mcgillsociety.org No port blocks, 5 static IPs - running a web server, mail server and DSN. My DNS as the primary for my domain has the reverse setup, but DCA's as my secondary points to their standard name. (My domain is also registered through them, but not by them. I forget which registrar they contract with.) I've never bothered to worry about the mis-match on the reverse lookup, so I don't know if they would change it or not. I don't think I've ever hit a problem because the two names don't match. The fact the reverse lookup returns "something," seems to placate anyone still silly enough to believe that the answer is meaningful. T.T.F.N. William H.
