Not anymore. You used to get (when I got mine last year) OS X preloaded, OS 9 on a CD, and a choice to blow OS X away if you wanted to. If you're just talking about buying Apple hardware without paying the "Apple Tax" for the OS, you're kidding yourself; Apple's pitch is all about selling one integrated product (as opposed to a patchwork of hardware & software like we've been accustomed to in PC-land).
