[PLUG] An art & technology gathering in Towson MD...Feb 15th


"E-co-create" Gathering Saturday Feb 15th in Towson MD.
 Towson Library - 320 York Road - Towson, Maryland
 (North Side of the Baltimore Beltway, 2 hours from Philly)

 The Gathering - a West Coast Phenomenon for 20+ years - is a free ,
 non-commercial, open to all, event which encourages artists of all types
 to mingle....

 It is sponsored by tech guru Howard Perlmutter and including speaker
 and open source advocate Eric Raymond (two names not unknown to this
 group).

 It will be of interest to those creating a symbiosis between the
 computer and the human being -- the mind and the heart. This event
 encompass panels, group discussions, multimedia, community
 networking, and unstructured mingling times.

 "New Games"; "What's the test to get an Editorial License?"; "The
 Vanishing Art of the Press"; "OK, so this is the 21st Century... Now
 What?"; "Business Ethics and Sustainable Economics"; and "Should
 Oxymorons be Allowed to Run Wild?"

 event begins 1:30PM
 NO-HOST DINNER AT 6PM
     (Asian buffet (Korean & Japanese & Chinese) at a restaurant next to
 the Library)
