Yeah, this one definitely has the alpha blending... can't seem to set the "CursorShadow" option to false, though, in the mouse section...

I read recently that the next XFree will have cursors with alpha channel.
I have no idea how to get the old cursor back. I guess it will be
shortly integrated in your favorite desktop.
