Coax isn't that bad, but it does require mutiple cut lengths and levels. (TV coax is not as difficult as network or RF coax.) Fiber, well, that would be hard to do for the first time, even if you explain it in person. A RJ45 crimp can be explained over a phone, but, of course, it might not come out as pretty as it could. Phone lines are the easiest if you're not concerned about polarity.
