It's not going to satisfy your immediate need, but I've got some commercial space and was kicking the idea around of setting up a low cost co-lo (you won't have a raised floor, or promise of five-nines, but you'll have some money left over to buy pizza & beer).


I'm still renovating the residential portion of the building in order to move in. After that, I'll probably want to get some early adopters together to come up with the capital to bring in the first T1 (or straight to T3 if the early response is strong enough).
