like a co-lo co-op?

Perhaps. I'm a little unsure of how a co-op would work in such a way that:

1) My own property & location didn't become communal property.
2) I can draw a stipend for administrative time.

That said, maybe I run it as a for-profit business and just give the "founding fathers" a co-op like price, and folks who come later on pay a bit more (but still likely less than the big data centers)
