We (by which I mean our legal firm in RI) use godaddy at work,
Chris. Their web interface is easy to deal with.

My personal domains are with domainmonger.com. They're more
expensive than godaddy (but the latter didn't exist when I
consolidated my various domains in the same place), which also has
pretty good controls. I expect you'll have the same CC problem,
though.
