The RH300 is fast paced. If you don't have at least some idea of what you are doing, you will easily get snowed under. (It happened to several people in my class and at the test itself. One person left the test after the first session because they didn't score more than 50%.) When I took it, I talked with the head of RedHat training. According to what I was told, the trainers are not all RedHat employees. They are selected by RedHat and have taken and passed the RHCE exam. They take comments about the trainers (and training companies) VERY seriously and are quite willing to drop trainers from their roster if they feel that the trainer can't teach. I didn't take the RH300 locally. I took it at RH's main office in North Carolina. By the way, my cert # is 807202096504792. It was issued 1 March 2002. -- GPG Fingerprint: C900 18EF 0C36 4EAF A93C F073 85D4 8B3C F3D8 077B On the 17th day of March in the year 2003 you wrote: > Date: Mon, 17 Mar 2003 15:47:55 -0500 > From: Jason Wertz <JWERTZ@dccc.edu> > To: plug@lists.phillylinux.org > X-Spam-Status: No, hits=0.8 required=5.0 > tests=SPAM_PHRASE_00_01 > version=2.44 > Subject: [PLUG] Impressions of local RHCE training > > Has anyone taken any of the local RHCE training courses...especially the > 5 day boot camp/test RH300...here in the Philadelphia area?
