[PLUG] Linux Consultants?

My new company and I are looking for some linux consultants that are
available in the area. Basically we're looking for a company that we can
call when we get in over our heads or have a question that we can't seem
to find the answer for. I've never looked into this, as until recently,
Redhat had a decent support model. Any suggestions?
