[PLUG] Verizon DSL speed upgrade & pricedrop..

So, if you're on Verizon DSL... there is a free speed upgrade if you
qualify based on distance (double download speed to 1.5) and the standard
price will be $34.95.. note if you also have a local package (probably
local package plus or better.. which is a $29.95 bundle or so..) you can
get an additional $5 off to drop your price to $29.95
